Hospitals in need can apply to the Beijing Municipal Health and Health Commission’s Medical Administration Office, and the Municipal Health and Health Commission will coordinate the hospitals to connect with the Beijing Unified Platform for Appointment Registration.
The Municipal Health and Health Commission stressed that the unified platform for appointment registration in Beijing adheres to the principle of public welfare service, and the appointment registration service provided through the unified platform shall not charge the appointment registration service fee. At present, the unified platform for appointment and registration in Beijing provides appointment and registration services for 147 secondary and tertiary public hospitals in Beijing.
The Municipal Health and Health Commission requires that the social-run tertiary general hospitals that are included in the platform should realize the full-number, full-number, full-source open reservation, and focus on ensuring that key departments and characteristic departments with large demand from the masses reserve the number of sources; Provide various forms of appointment services, including unified platform telephone appointment and online appointment services, as well as inter-clinic appointment, on-site appointment and community referral appointment; The first outpatient consultation is registered according to the department and title, and the patients who return to the clinic can be registered by the doctor through the appointment of return visit; The registration service provided by the hospital on the unified platform for appointment registration should be reserved for 3 months; Strengthen real-name registration system’s appointment registration and medical treatment, and verify the patient’s real name identity in triage and medical treatment; The appointment shall be made in different periods, and the appointment period shall be exactly within 30 minutes, and the number of doctors visiting in the morning and afternoon shall be reasonably allocated to increase the number of doctors visiting in the afternoon.
The Municipal Health and Health Commission requires that all hospitals should strengthen the overall management between the unified platform and other forms of appointment sources in the hospital. According to the appointment needs of patients in our hospital, the number and proportion of different numbers and different appointment methods should be adjusted in a timely manner, and patients should be guided to use the appointment method through the number source delivery mechanism. The Municipal Health and Health Commission said that all social tertiary general hospitals need to complete the access to the unified platform before the end of August this year. It is understood that the unified platform for appointment registration in Beijing is the official appointment registration channel designated by the Beijing Municipal Health and Health Commission. The platform does not provide the same-day appointment service. Users can make an appointment to access the number sources of most departments of the unified platform hospital from the next day to three months. The unified platform does not make an appointment by name according to the hospital, department, title and specialty.
