Conscientiously implement the Vaccine Management Law, continuously improve the policies of immunization planning, strengthen the construction of vaccination service system, and ensure the scientific, standardized and orderly development of immunization planning.

Many provinces have continuously expanded the types of immunization program vaccines in their own provinces in light of the actual situation. In addition, in some places, people such as the "one old and one young" are vaccinated with influenza and other vaccines free of charge, and a four-level immunization planning monitoring and management system covering the country, province, city and county and a three-level vaccination service network covering the county, township and village are established.
